Birth Partnership Midwives is seeking a Registered Midwife (New Registrant or General Registrant) to join our established and collaborative practice in Calgary, Alberta.
This is a full-time position within a three-midwife call rotation, offering the opportunity to provide full-scope, relationship-based midwifery care while working within a supportive, collegial, and highly respected team environment.
About Us
Birth Partnership Midwives is a well-established midwifery practice committed to providing safe, evidence-informed, and client-centred maternity care. We believe that strong relationships, with families, healthcare colleagues, and our community, are at the heart of excellent midwifery practice.
Our primary delivery site is Rockyview General Hospital, where we have developed strong working relationships with nursing staff, obstetricians, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. We practise in an environment built on collaboration, mutual respect, and open communication, allowing us to provide high-quality care while supporting families through their pregnancy and birth journeys.
Our practice provides full-scope midwifery care from early pregnancy through six weeks postpartum, with opportunities for both hospital and community-based care.

Qualifications
Applicants must:
Be eligible to practise as a Registered Midwife with the College of Midwives of Alberta
Value continuity of care, informed choice, and relationship-based practice
Demonstrate strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Enjoy working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
Be compassionate, organized, and committed to providing exceptional client-centred care
Contribute positively to a supportive and respectful practice environment
