Spruce Grove Community Midwives is seeking a Registered Midwife (General or New Registrant) to join our supportive practice in a supported solo care model. This is a permanent position available as a replacement for a midwife who has recently retired.

Our team offers strong collegial support, including reciprocal coverage for relief and time off when needed, fostering a collaborative and sustainable work environment. Approximately 40% of our births are out-of-hospital, offering a balanced and rewarding scope of practice.

We are committed to providing client-centred, respectful, and evidence-informed care to families in Spruce Grove and the surrounding communities. Both experienced midwives and new registrants are warmly encouraged to apply.

Start date is flexible.
